Star Trek: Strange New Worlds is a prequel to Star Trek: The Original Series and a spin-off of Star Trek: Discovery, focusing on the crew of the USS Enterprise under Captain Christopher Pike. For the premiere of Season 2, I created a distinctive Logo ID Animation that was seamlessly integrated with original designs from artists worldwide. Each design represented a unique medium and foreshadowed a world that was explored in Season 2.
This piece was utilized for DOOH placements and as part of the social media campaign for the launch of the new season in June 2023. The project was created in Cinema 4D using X-Particles and Octane, then composited and re-timed in After Effects.
